Refractory Clay

Why Refractory Clay

We provide, as well as manufacture and export, high-quality Refractory Clay for usage in a variety of industries.

Top Supplier And Exporter Of Refractory Clay

Refractory Clay, also known as Calcined Clay is produced by heating Clay to very high temperatures (from 850o C to 1600o C). By doing so, we can boost the Alumina content by removing moisture and volatiles. Calcined Clay has an Alumina level between 40% and 60%, whereas raw Clay only contains 30% to 40%. Calcination is completed in rotary kilns at temperatures ranging from 850 °C to 1600 °C, with the exact range determined by the specific needs of each of our individual clients.

We began our role as a major producer and supplier of refractory clay by capitalising on the most recent technological developments. Because this clay is resistant to high temperatures, it is used in a variety of sectors including mining, metallurgy, cement production, chemical processing, and refineries. In addition, they are employed in electric and gas kilns since there is very little abrasion that occurs when they rub up against the liner of the kiln when they are used in those. These Refractory Clay products are offered to our customers in a wide range of diameters and sizes, allowing us to cater to their individual preferences.
